- No promise of a cure. Fjara does not make you sober — it accompanies you.
- No lecturing, no shame, no pressure. Your decisions remain yours.
Important: Abrupt withdrawal (for example from alcohol) can be medically dangerous — talk to a doctor first. In an acute crisis, contact emergency services (112 across Europe, or your local emergency number), a crisis helpline, or an addiction counselling service near you.
Privacy as protection
No one needs to know Fjara exists.
People who change their relationship with a substance often have good reasons to keep that to themselves. So Fjara is built to know nothing about you.

- No servers of our own — the app initiates no connections by itself.

- Delete the app, and all Fjara data is gone. Completely.
